The Community Programmes are a series of integrated measures accepted by the European Commission aiming to strengthen the co-operation among the Member States regarding Community policies for a period of time. All Acceding and Candidate countries have the opportunity to participate in the programmes. Community Programmes can be tied to almost every Community policy including culture, education, health, youth, innovation etc.

EU Culture Programme (2007-2013), FP7 (2007- 2013) and Youth in Action are among the community programmes where Turkey is eligible.
